Prerequisites

1. Conceptual knowledge of psychrometry.
2. Understanding of psychrometric chart.

Given Data:

1. Ambient conditions: 25 °C, 40% RH
2. Desired condition: 8 °C 

Procedure

Step 1: Plot the ambient condition on the psychrometric chart.

Step 2: On the specific humidity line, proceed horizontally towards the left and reach the saturation point (100% relative humidity line).

Step 3: On the saturation line, proceed downwards, until a DBT of 8°C is achieved.
