Students can make a list of reflective and dark colours and collect samples of&nbsp; cloth accordingly or paint&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Step 2: <\/em><\/strong>Students can form into teams of 2-3&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Step 3: <\/em><\/strong>Each team can choose a colour and either stitch them on top of the white cap or paint<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Step 4: <\/em><\/strong>Expose these different coloured caps to heat &#8211; preferably leaving them in a sunny place such as the terrace ensuring equal exposure&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Step 5:<\/em><\/strong> After a good exposure, say an hour or so, measure the temperature using temperature guns on the top and bottom of the cap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Step 6:<\/em><\/strong> Record the readings in the tabular column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Cap Colour<\/td><td>White<\/td><td>Black<\/td><td>Silver<\/td><td>Yellow<\/td><td>Orange<\/td><td>Red<\/td><td>Blue<\/td><td>Green<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Reading Time<\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Reading:\u00a0<br>Top of cap<\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Reading : Bottom of cap<\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Step 7:<\/em><\/strong> Observe which colors are more reflective or absorptive than others.
