Students will also click pictures to support their observations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3: <\/strong>Draw inferences from the recordings on thermal performance and document in a table for eg:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Material &amp; Design Findings\/Ventilation\/Shading\/Other observations<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Impact as felt or observed subjectively&nbsp;<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Impact on thermal performance<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Corrective Measure<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Tin sheet on roof<\/td><td>Gets very hot by 2-3 pm and remains hot till late evening<\/td><td>Causes heat stress<\/td><td>Alternate roofing material&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><td><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> The entire class can design a chart from their observation and inferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">References<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>None<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Objective To observe and study a house in an informal settlement for its thermal performance.
